Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Billing Engineer role in the interior or architecture field, based in Hyderabad. The Billing Engineer will prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), perform rate analysis, and manage billing systems for interior and architectural projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and site teams to confirm quantities, tracking project costs, validating contractor and vendor bills, and ensuring timely approvals and documentation. The role involves quantity surveying, maintaining accurate records in line with project drawings and specifications, and supporting regular reporting on cost status and variances.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for cost verification, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with interior or architectural project workflows, drawings, and specifications.
- Candidates should possess experience with MS Excel and relevant billing or estimation software.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
