Job Title:
Salesforce DevOps resource
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable resource with strong experience in Flosum DevOps and Salesforce metadata management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing version control using Git, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with
Flosum DevOps
, especially in pipeline setup and management.
- Strong understanding of
Salesforce metadata
structure and deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Metadata API).
- Proficiency in
Git
for version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices in a Salesforce setting.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Nice to have:
Experience integrating
static code analysis tools
into CI/CD pipelines.
2. Salesforce OMS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 4+ years salesforce experience or minimum 2+ years of experience in Omnistudio Development.
· Assist with technical delivery of Salesforce.com implementation
