The Role

We're looking for a
Brand Content Lead
who can own our content vision from idea to execution.

This is
not
a traditional Social Media Manager role. You'll be the creative force behind our content ecosystem—developing original concepts, building recurring content series, leading creative discussions, and transforming everyday products into stories people want to watch and share.

You'll work closely with our performance marketer, scriptwriters, influencer team, designers, editors, and founders to create content that grows both our brand and our business.

Performance Content
- Develop concepts for performance marketing creatives.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve CTR, watch time, and ROAS.
- Study winning ads across industries and adapt insights for Glasafe.
- Continuously test recent creative formats and messaging.

Creative Strategy
- Develop content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Build high-performing creative concepts for Meta, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Create new content angles, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
- Translate business objectives into compelling content campaigns.

Storytelling & Content Ideation
- Generate fresh content ideas every week.
- Build recurring content IPs and branded series.
- Create emotionally engaging narratives around eve
