- Prepare safety cost calculations and EHS documents as required for RFQ and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customer HSE teams, and PMC teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with customer HSE teams and PMC for timely review and approval of safety documents.
- Participate in customer-led safety trainings and conduct HSE trainings for site teams.
- Drive zero-incident safety performance at project sites through regular monitoring and coordination.
- Support the development of safety compliance vendors to provide qualified safety engineers/officers for project sites.
- Ensure availability and accuracy of all site safety records, compliance documents, and training records.
- Act as a key coordination point between site teams, customers, vendors, and the HSE Lead India.
