Solid knowledge of Braze or similar customer engagement platforms, Salesforce CRM, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is essential. Candidates should have experience designing scalable integration solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, reverse ETL, and iPaaS tools such as Workato or MuleSoft. The role involves leading platform migrations, ensuring data quality, implementing governance and compliance standards, and integrating marketing systems across multiple business applications. Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, AI-powered marketing automation, LLM-based solutions, and cloud-based MarTech ecosystems is highly desirable. Strong communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills are essential for delivering scalable marketing technology solutions.
