The Head of Human Resources is one of the most consequential leadership role in Yotta today.



This individual will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and as the principal architect of Yotta's People & Culture strategy driving the organization’s readiness for hypergrowth. Leading the full spectrum of human capital strategy and operations. The right candidate brings the gravitas to the operational precision to build robust HR governance frameworks that survive regulatory scrutiny, and the human touch to keep Yotta a outstanding place to work through a period of transformational change.

- Define and own Yotta's enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with 3–5-year business objectives, growth ambitions, and IPO timeline.
