We’re looking for an experienced
HR Manager

to join our team at our garment export manufacturing unit in

Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle employee lifecycle including joining, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and labour laws.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and welfare initiatives.
- Monitor disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with factory regulations, audits,



and labour inspections.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and statutory registers.

Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years of HR experience
, preferably in a
garment export/manufacturing unit
.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.), and payroll processes.
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
