Job Summary

We are looking for a WhatsApp Automation Builder to design, develop, and manage WhatsApp automation systems for lead generation, customer support, sales follow-up, and customer engagement. The candidate should have experience with WhatsApp API, chatbot platforms, CRM integration, and workflow automation tools.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. WhatsApp Automation Development
- Build and manage WhatsApp chatbot flows.
- Create automated welcome messages, FAQs, lead qualification, and follow-up sequences.
- Design conversational journeys for customers.
- Develop drip campaigns and nurturing workflows.

2. WhatsApp API Management
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API.
- Work with providers like Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, and Twilio.
- Manage templates, approvals, and compliance.

3. CRM & Integration
- Integrate WhatsApp with CRM systems.
- Connect WhatsApp with Google Sheets, websites, landing pages, Meta Lead Ads, and payment gateways.
- Use automation tools like Zapier, Make, or webhooks.

4. Lead Management Automation




- Create automated lead capture systems.
- Set up lead scoring and segmentation.
- Develop follow-up reminders and sales pipelines.

5. Campaign Management
- Execute bulk messaging campaigns.
- Schedule promotional and transactional messages.
- Monitor delivery, open rates, and response rates.

6. Analytics & Optimization
- Track chatbot performance.
- Analyze conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Improve workflows based on data.

7. Documentation & Support
- Maintain automation documentation.
- Train team members on chatbot usage.
- Troubleshoot automation issues.
