About the Role

Business Analyst Master Data Management partners closely with business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Digital teams to enhance the quality, governance, and management of enterprise master data. This role supports the Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data domains by driving business process improvements, data governance initiatives, and data quality programs. The ideal candidate combines robust SAP business process expertise with data management and business analysis skills to deliver reliable,



high-quality data that enables efficient business operations and informed decision-making across the organization

What You Will Do

Business Partnership
- Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Process Owners to understand business needs and data challenges.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and Digital/IT.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and process discussions.
- Drive alignment on data standards, business rules, and governance processes.

Master Data Management
- Support Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data processes.
- Document and improve master data workflows and controls.
- Support data harmonization, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.

Data Governance Quality
- Support enterprise data governance policies, standards, and controls.
- Partner with Data Owners and Data Stewards to improve data quali
