Job Overview

Gitakshmi Technolabs is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive business growth in the EdTech and Training industry . The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and promoting EdTech solutions, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the EdTech and Training industry.
- Promote EdTech solutions, LMS platforms, and digital learning services to educational institutions and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate learning teams.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable learning solutions.




- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- 3 6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in EdTech, Educational Services, Training Industry, or LMS sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
