Position Overview - Work From Home - Remote Role
Amodis Technology is looking for a friendly, dependable, and technically capable Customer Implementation and Support Specialist. This person will assist hotel customers with technical support, remote software installations, ID scanner setup, onboarding, and staff training.

You will be the primary contact for routine customer support and implementation requests. You must be comfortable communicating with hotel owners, managers, front desk employees, and IT personnel by phone, email, and remote support sessions.

When support activity is light, you will assist with customer follow ups, training materials, website updates, customer stories, and basic social media content.

India Time Conversion
During Pacific Daylight Time: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
During Pacific Standard Time: 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
• Answer customer support calls, emails, and support tickets
• Troubleshoot software, ID scanners, Windows computers, and connectivity issues
• Perform remote software installations, updates, and scanner configuration




• Coordinate with hotel managers and IT teams to obtain required computer permissions
• Train hotel managers and front desk employees through remote sessions
• Guide customers through the Guest Ban portal and ID scanning process
• Follow up after installation to confirm that the software and scanner are working correctly
• Document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Collect logs, screenshots, software versions, and device information before escalating technical issues
• Maintain installation checklists, training guides, and support documentation
• Contact customers who may need additional training or assistance
• Organize customer onboarding schedules and scanner deployments
• Test software updates and report problems
• Assist with basic website updates and social media content when time allows

Required Qualifications
• Solid spoken and written English communication
