We’re Hiring: Senior ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB) Specialist

Experience: 7–10 Years
Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with robust expertise in:
- ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB
- CMDB architecture, CI classes and relationships
- Discovery and Service Mapping
- Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- CMDB Health Dashboard and Data Certification
- MID Server and Discovery Patterns
- JavaScript, Flow Designer and ServiceNow integrations
- ITIL and Configuration Management processes

The candidate will lead CMDB implementation and enhancement initiatives, manage Discovery and Service Mapping, maintain data quality and governance,



and collaborate with infrastructure, security, asset management and IT operations teams.

Preferred certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CIS – ITOM
- ITIL Foundation
