Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete video production process—from concept development and storytelling to editing and final delivery.
- Create engaging, high-retention content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, podcasts, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animated creatives, product explainers, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, viral formats, editing techniques, music, transitions, and platform algorithms.




- Research competitor content and global creative trends to introduce cutting-edge content ideas.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance video editing, voiceovers, subtitles, scripting, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Copywriting, Graphic Design, and Product teams during content ideation and execution.
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement and platform performance.
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and continuously improve editing workflows and creative processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in video editing, video design, and motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Photoshop
