The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of marketing principles with insight into the real estate or regulatory sector. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and uptake of RERA services including project registration, compliance, and extensions.

Targeted Campaigns: Plan and execute outreach campaigns tailored to builders, promoters, agents, and consultants to promote timely compliance and registration.

Content Creation:



Develop explicit, compliant, and informative content for digital platforms, brochures, emailers, and public notices.

Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising to reach and educate the target audience effectively.

Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate associations, and legal advisors to improve engagement and feedback.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, stakeholder needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.

Performance Tracking: Measure marketing effectiveness through key metrics and reporting tools; make data-driven decisions to optimize efforts.

Event Coordination: Support seminars, webinars, or workshops that educate the real estate community on RERA compliance and services.

Qualifications & Skills:
