- Job Description:
- Hyperion Lead Developer to spearhead our Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS) efforts for our critical Oracle Hyperion suite.
- This role requires not only deep technical expertise across the Hyperion platform (Planning, Essbase, HFM) but also strong leadership, architectural vision, and project management capabilities.
- The Lead Developer will be responsible for guiding a team, ensuring the stability and performance of existing applications, and driving the development of new, innovative solutions that align with the organization''s financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Architecture:
- Act as the primary technical expert for the entire Hyperion landscape, including Global Hyperion Planning, AFE Planning, Hyperion Closing/GLHistory Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, and Hyperion Planning ICF.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and development guidelines for Hyperion applications.




- Lead the design and implementation of complex Hyperion solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct technical reviews of solutions designed by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to a team of Hyperion developers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions and support activitiesFoster a collaborative and high-performance team setting.Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Application Management & Strategy (AMS):
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support for all Hyperion applications, ensuring high availability and performance.Proactively identify and address potential system bottlenecks, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
