Job Summary

We are looking for agile and confident Relationship Managers to promote and sell Business Loan products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, particularly strong English, as the role involves interacting with business owners and CEOs.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates from Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for Business Loan sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.




- Interact confidently with business owners, entrepreneurs, and CEOs.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate.
- Maximum age: 32 years.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experienced candidates from Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Loan Sales.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Business Loan sales experience.
- Candidates from Personal Loan sales may also be considered if they have relevant loan sales exposure.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
