Overview:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete accounting and financial operations at the client’s office. This position acts as the senior authority in Finance and Accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.



The individual will serve as the primary in-charge for maintaining books of accounts, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow management while providing strategic financial insights to the management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Zoho Books, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports(MIS), and profitability analyses.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage liquidity to ensure operational stability.

2. Statutory Compliance & Audits
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, returns, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
