About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytically strong finance leader based in India to support the U.S. Oncology business. This role will serve as a key business partner to U.S.-based finance, brand, and cross-functional leaders, providing insight into brand performance, forecasting, planning, and decision support. The Senior Manager will translate complex market, revenue, and expense dynamics into clear recommendations that enable sound business decisions and strong financial execution in a global, matrixed workplace.

What you''ll do
- Partner with Oncology brand, sales, and business leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with U.S.-based Oncology Finance, brand, and cross-functional leaders to support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision-making.
- Operate effectively in a global team structure, including regular collaboration across India and U.S. time zones to support business priorities,



planning cycles, and shared deliverables.
- Develop a deep understanding of the oncology market, competitive landscape, pricing and reimbursement dynamics, and key revenue and cost drivers.
- Lead or support monthly close activities, including financial review, variance analysis, and issue identification and resolution.
- Own or support sales and expense forecasting, annual operating plan development, and long-range planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting, reporting, and planning processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, reporting, and workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business insight.
