Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Post Shipment Process (Freight Forwarding) specialist. The role involves managing documentation and records after shipment, including bills of lading, invoices, and export-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, updating customers on shipment status, and resolving post-shipment issues or discrepancies.



The individual will support freight forwarding operations by verifying freight charges, maintaining shipment reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant export and transportation regulations. The role also requires close collaboration with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment handling and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation for managing international and domestic post-shipment activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Export to handle documentation, regulatory requirements, and shipment coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients, address queries, and manage post-shipment follow-ups.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations, preferably within a freight forwarding environment.
