Job Purpose
Increase sales revenue for Heat Pump product line. The incumbent will work as a part of dynamic team to develop and execute regional sales & business development strategies for Heat Pump product line aligned with Global and Asia Pacific strategy.



Responsible for business development, executing sales & marketing strategies, work on new business opportunities & focused actions on developing Heating business.

Sales Support for Growth
- Support Regional sales teams for meeting & exceeding monthly, quarterly & annual sales plans.
- Develop new customers / system integrators across India
- Bid for special high value projects via integrators/customers
- Create pull for Copeland products through consultants, architect, other influencers outreach program

Business Development for sales growth
- Create Project funnel & pursue the projects at each stage to finally
