Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

* Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

* Managing job postings and employer branding efforts.

* Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.

* Creating offer letters, salary structures, and experience letters.

* Ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.

Requirements:

MBA/PG in HR or a relevant field.

1-3 years of HR experience.

Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
