Role Description
The Information Technology Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include managing help desk requests, performing system administration tasks such as user account management and updates,



and maintaining IT assets and documentation. The engineer will monitor system performance, apply standard security practices, coordinate with vendors or senior engineers when needed, and ensure minimal downtime for business-critical systems. The role also includes assisting with IT deployments, upgrades, and user training to improve overall technology adoption and reliability.

Qualifications
