- Oversee the design management of IT across our new hotels.
- In-charge of all IT procurement for recent hotels including software/hardware etc
- Drive Digital Transformation / Other Innovation across portfolio including AI
- Manage and Drive Digital / IT initiatives across the new organisation with proper escalation management
- Team Mentoring, Operational Guidance and dedicated point of contact during major outages
- Help in taking strategic and financial decisions in IT Asset Procurement, Cyber security, Compliances, Vendor Selections and R&D;
- Provide Technical Solution/ Architecture advisory on New Initiatives and IT System Design
- Drive the IT Roadmap for the recent organisation




- Chalk out training pathway well in time for outsourced agencies to use our systems
