Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in a digital marketing environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The role involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and organizational development,



as well as handling employee relations and conflict resolution. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee feedback systems.
- Proficiency in HR operations, HR policy implementation, and HRIS or HR software tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation requirements.
- Ability to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Experience in designing and coordinating training, development, and engagement programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
