We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have experience in the stationery, label, paper, packaging, industry and possess a robust network in the Dehradun market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers while expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers across Dehradun and nearby areas.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and monitor competitor activities.
- Promote new product launches and enhance product visibility in the market.
- Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment recovery.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback for management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and excellent customer service.
- Strengthen the dealer and distributor network to maximize business growth.

Requirements
- 25 years of experience in stationery, labels, paper, packaging, FMCG, or related field sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Dehradun market and surrounding territories.
- Existing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile sales reporting applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
