Role Description
The Senior Sales Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and overseeing day-to-day sales operations across regions and channels. The role involves coordinating sales activities, preparing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and external customers. The Senior Sales Coordinator will handle customer queries, follow up on leads, assist in preparing sales reports,
and support the sales team with data, documentation, and scheduling. This position will also contribute to process improvements, help streamline sales workflows, and provide regular updates to sales leadership on performance, pipeline, and customer feedback.
