We are hiring for IT Recruiter with our own firm Bloom Systems Pvt Ltd. (Consultancy Firm) (Permanent role), Navi Mumbai

Location : Vashi , Navi Mumbai

Experience : 2+ Yrs

Work Mode- Work from Office

Monday to Friday- 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday- 10 AM to 4 PM (Work from Home)

2nd & 4th Saturday is off.

Job Description :
- Experience in IT recruitments- IT Infra, Cloud, Software
- Source and Recruit candidates through databases and social media
- Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to attract talent pool
- Ability to conduct structured Interviews and access suitable candidates based on skills and attitude
- Strong Offer negotiations and in touch with the Offered candidates to ensure 90%+ Ratio
- On-boarding Current hires ensure great candidate experience.
- Be proactive and aggressive to get hirings tracked and closed within TATs.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches,



networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Coordinate Interview schedules and manage internal stakeholders asks.
- Assist in business engagements for a quick resolution on issues, through appropriate HR interventions
- Manage the various verticals for their hiring ask.
- Closing positions as per SLA defined
- Maintaining appropriate MIS/Data base for easy reference.
- Managing Internal Stakeholders
- Conducting market survey to assess the mean, median and maximum salaries for various roles.
- Onboarding support.
- Any other activities as per HR functional ask
