Job Overview:The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project execution from project handover to commissioning and final closure. The role ensures proper planning, resource allocation, site execution, budget control, quality management, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers for timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project details and prepare execution plan, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Verify BOM availability with Stores and coordinate procurement or alternatives if required.
- Understand scope of work and align Site Manager, labour,



and supervisors for execution.
- Ensure all required approvals, feasibility, and permissions before project start.
- Arrange site verification, layout preparation, and deployment of teams.
- Monitor Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site photos, and execution status.
- Align material dispatch as per site progress and coordinate with Procurement/Liaisoning teams.
- Communicate with customers for updates, changes, and execution coordination.
- Control site expenses and ensure execution within approved budget and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage third-party vendors, labour teams, and maintain payment records.
- Provide regular project updates to the Project Coordinator and ensure commissioning and final closure.
