Etihad Airways is undergoing a transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, aiming to enhance its financial operations and business processes. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant. This position will be responsible for managing the SAP Finance module implementation & BAU support and providing guidance throughout the migration, ensuring smooth integration of financial processes and operations in the new SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI) modules like FA, Tax, GL, Fund management, PS modules and good understanding of other FI modules, as well as extensive expertise in supporting technical transformations and business change management and maintaining BAU in an enterprise setting.
Accountabilities
1. SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation & SAP BAU support:
oSupport the transformation of Etihad Airways finance processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring that financial data, reporting, and analytics are seamlessly transitioned.
oCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand the existing SAP ECC Finance landscape and requirements for the S/4HANA transformation.
oDesign and implement a comprehensive strategy for migrating SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to SAP S/4HANA, covering all necessary configurations, enhancements, and process optimization.
oSupport existing BAU landscape as primary responsibility
1. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering:
oWork closely with key business users, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.
oManage the end-to-end process for requirement gathering, ensuring that business stakeholders needs are addressed while balancing technical constraints and best practices.

oSupport the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including
