Role Description
The Production Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota, Rajasthan. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating operations to meet output and quality targets. The Production Executive will monitor processes, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with quality and technical teams to optimize efficiency and product consistency.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with production staff, quality teams, and management.




- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology to understand process requirements, product standards, and relevant regulations (where applicable to product lines).
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor product quality, perform checks, and support compliance with internal and external standards.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process industry environment, preferably in specialty chemicals or related sectors.
- Ability to work in a structured, safety-focused environment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts as required.
