Role Description
The React Native Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, debugging issues, and collaborating with designers and back-end developers to deliver a cohesive user experience. The role also involves writing clean, reusable code, reviewing peer code,



and participating in technical discussions and sprint planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Front-End Development with React Native and JavaScript, including modern ES6+ features.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux.js, and understanding of component-based architecture.
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs (REST/JSON), with the ability to integrate mobile apps with server-side services.
- Solid foundation in Software Development principles, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with mobile build tools and deployment processes for Android and iOS (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio, app stores).
