As an RTL Design Engineer, you will be responsible for translating architectural specifications into high-quality RTL, collaborating with architecture, verification, and integration teams, and ensuring successful implementation of complex digital designs. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive end-to-end design activities from microarchitecture through integration and debugging.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality RTL for complex digital IPs and SoC components based on architectural specifications
- Own RTL implementation from microarchitecture definition through coding, review, and design closure
- Develop robust and scalable microarchitecture solutions that meet performance, power, and area targets
- Collaborate closely with architecture, verification, and integration teams throughout the design lifecycle
- Work on processor-based designs with a strong focus on ARM Cortex-M7 architecture and related subsystems
- Support IP integration activities by resolving design issues and ensuring seamless interoperability across SoC components
- Perform RTL debugging, root-cause analysis, and functional issue resolution during development and integration
- Review design specifications and contribute to architectural discussions to improve implementation quality
