- Professionals with 8–10 years in OD, L&D;, Talent, or Leadership Development, solid facilitation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Master's degree preferred; OD/coaching certification a plus.
- Best suited for OD/L&D;/Talent Development backgrounds — not a fit for primarily HR Generalist, ER, Payroll, or Recruitment profiles.
