Store ManagerRole Purpose

We're looking for a Store Manager who can lead the day-to-day operations of our premium retail store while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role combines store operations, inventory management, sales leadership, team management, and process optimization. You'll be responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the retail store and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive store sales by achieving revenue targets and improving customer conversion.
- Manage inventory using Odoo, including stock movements, purchase entries, transfers, returns, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and management to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.




- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and inventory reports to improve business performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve store efficiency and operational excellence.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with the founders to improve processes and scale retail operations.
