- Shallbe expected to manage a portfolio of Rs. 15 Cr.
- Responsiblefor collections and portfolio quality
- Managingagriculture business and portfolio across the branches ofoperations
- Managinga team size of 5 employees progressively
- Managingassets like marketing collaterals, Stationary, Dockets andSystems
- Managinghiring and placement of Relationship Officers in requiredBranches, in future.
1. KEYDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/Financials
- Daily/Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the accomplishment of targetsaccording to the annual/monthly targets established for the areaand branches under his/her responsibility to provide guidance andsolutions to all stake holders as required.
- Supportsreportees- in his/her area in their duties of client visits, riskassessment and recovery strategies
- SupportsLoan Officers- in his/her area in their duties of client visits,risk assessment and recovery strategies
- Shouldbe ready to travel extensively across the branches of control forbusiness requirements
Customer(Both Internal External)
- Ensurethat customers are aware of the Product and services properly
- Ensurethat customers are explained about the Terms Conditions ofProduct
- Focuson lower TAT as per laid down standards.
InternalProcess
- Ensureright documentation and adherence to laid down process of theBank
- Monitorhealth of portfolio
- Ensurecompliance with lending guidelines, quality framework and auditrequirements; ensure speedy resolution of any audit o
