Key Responsibilities Receive, log, and prioriti ze HVAC service requests (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Venti lati on, Ducti ng, Controls, Refrigerati on) Schedule and coordinate service engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and OEM support Manage breakdowns, emergency calls, preventi ve maintenance, AMC, and warranty services Track engineer movement, job progress, and ti mely call closure Monitor SLA response and resoluti on ti melines and escalate deviati ons Act as the single point of contact for customers during the service lifecycle Communicate service schedules, delays, and completi on updates professionally Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, Quality) for materials, approvals,



and support Ensure availability of spares, tools, documents, and technical inputs before site visits Track spare usage, coordinate procurement for criti cal items, and support inventory planning Ensure accurate service documentati on including job cards, reports, photographs, and customer acknowledgements Maintain service history, AMC records, and preventi ve maintenance schedules Support AMC compliance and renewal acti viti es Identi fy billable services and coordinate ti mely invoicing with Accounts Prepare daily service status and periodic MIS reports highlighti ng SLA compliance, producti vity, and repeat issues
