An IMS Executive plans, executes, and oversees internal management system audits to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 27001,SEDEX / SMETA (Social Compliance Audit) ESG, They identify operational gaps, recommend corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports to maintain certification readiness.
Core Responsibilities
- Audit Execution: Plan, conduct, and report on internal ISO audits across various departments.
- Compliance Management: Evaluate organizational processes against established ISO standards to identify non-conformities and operational risks.
- Corrective Actions: Work with process owners to develop, implement, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Documentation Control: Maintain accurate records of audit findings and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on audit outcomes.
- External Audit Liaison: Assist third-party external auditors during certification or surveillance audits.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct internal training to ensure staff understand ISO policies and quality management systems.
