Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Benchmarking: Lead market data collection, participate in salary surveys, and analyze external trends to maintain competitive pay. [1]
- Structure & Range Design: Build, review, and update internal salary structures, pay bands, and geometric compensation ranges. [1]
- Data-Centric Analytics: Manage complex data modeling tasks, perform pay equity audits, and turn raw numbers into actionable compensation insights. [1]
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Collaborate daily with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners,
and finance teams to provide structural guidance on offers and promotions.
- Benefits Administration: Support the ongoing management and roll-out of company health, wellness, and perks programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of focused experience in Compensation & Benefits (with a primary focus on core compensation structures).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data cleaning, and modeling) and foundational comfort with Word and PowerPoint.
- HRMS Systems: Practical, hands-on experience navigating and managing data within standard HRMS platforms. [1, 2]
