Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between business teams and software developers to ensure smooth execution of projects and system enhancements.
- Gather, understand, and document business requirements from different departments.
- Track development tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate implementation of new systems, software, and business workflows.
- Test new features and system enhancements before deployment and report bugs or improvement areas.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and implementation reports.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend technology-based process improvements.
- Assist in creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and user guides.
- Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure proper adoption of current tools and systems.
- Support automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Coordinate with vendors or external technology partners whenever required.
- Prepare reports and present project updates to management.
- Perform any additional coordination or technology-related responsibilities assigned by management.
