We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process and be comfortable working in night/graveyard shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

6 months to 3 years of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only Domestic Voice Process experience are not eligible.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Robust customer service and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in night/graveyard shifts.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
