Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bilaspur, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Pragati Defence. The CFO will manage financial planning and budgeting,



monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. This role includes establishing robust financial controls, overseeing audits, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights. The CFO will partner with senior leadership to evaluate investments, manage risk, and align financial strategies with the company's growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include leading the finance team, optimizing systems and processes, and presenting financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders.
