Experience- 3 to 5 years of retail sales leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations across retail branches in Swarupganj
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
- Track branch performance and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with branch managers to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple branches
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
