ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly charismatic, creative, and data-driven
Social Media Specialist & Content Creator
to become the official on-camera face of our clients' brands. In this role, you will be completely responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) while simultaneously managing the strategic growth, scheduling, and community management of assigned accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? Video Production & On-Camera Execution (Primary Focus)
- Be the Face of the Brand:
Act as the primary on-camera talent, presenting confidently, energetically, and professionally in all videos, reels, and stories.
- End-to-End Content Creation:
Script, film, host, and deliver high-quality, engaging, and aesthetically polished video content daily.
- Daily Postings & Scheduling:




Take full ownership of publishing the created videos and stories across all relevant platforms, ensuring perfect timing and optimization.
- Trend Jacking:
Constantly monitor audio trends, viral formats, and platform updates to quickly produce native content that drives reach.

? Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy.
- Monitor brand mentions, respond promptly to comments and DMs, and proactively foster active community engagement.
- Track and analyze social media KPIs including reach, engagement rate, video views, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the internal content writer and graphic designer to produce supporting static assets and text graphics.
- Run and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, optimizing for maximum video views and engagement.
- Prepare monthly performance reports featuring actionable data-driven growth recommendations.
