About the Role:
Star Health is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Team (Advisors & Team leader). This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring effective customer service, driving business growth, and maintaining branch performance. The role involves providing guidance and support to staff, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing branch strategies, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:-
· Minimum Experience of 1 Year at the post of Assistant Manager Field Sales.
· An overall experience of 3 to 6 years is required in sales / Field Sales.
· Excellent communication in regional Language and interpersonal skills.
· Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· To plan, manage and execute BTL marketing campaigns, Brand activation in the City.
· Plan and perform various BTL activities (Kiosk/campaigns/Flyers Distribution / Door to Door Marketing /Events etc.)
· Generate leads from events.
· Must oversee BTL campaigns held on a daily basis.
· Work closely with the City Manager and keep him/her updated about the proceedings of the campaign and other nitty-gritties.
· Unlocking new partnerships and business by working with the Operations Team and the City Head.
· Should have experience of handling a team of minimum 20-30 people and 2-3 Team Leaders.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
· Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance or management.
· Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.
· Proven experience in a leadership role.
· Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong managerial and sales skills.
