● Identify and finalize venues, vendors, and service partners

● Lead B2B negotiations with sponsors, partners, and vendors

● Drive lead generation and secure commercial closures

● Manage contracts, pricing,



and partnership agreements Execution Readiness

● Oversee event logistics and ensure operational readiness

● Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution Ideal Candidate

● 4+ years in event planning, vendor management, or partnerships

● Strong B2B negotiation and deal-closing experience (mandatory)

● Experience in venue sourcing and sponsorship acquisition

● Highly organized, commercially driven, and execution-focused

● Solid follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
