Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to users on Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including Coupa, OneSource, and Hyperion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement processes using BlackLine software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop documentation for knowledge sharing among team members.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud (Coupa) and ability to troubleshoot its functionality.
- Experience with BlackLine software for procurement processes is required; familiarity with other systems like OneSource is an asset.
