Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Media Manager to join our marketing team. The Senior Media Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, link media to business and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for managing all media channels, optimizing media budgets, keep in mind the mandatories of Alco Bev advertising and collaborating with creative & media agency to deliver impactful campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to drive ROI

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective media strategies and plans to meet brand objectives and KPIs, keeping in mind the Alco Bev restrictions.
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate media channels (TV, radio, print, digital, social media, OOH, OTT platforms, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams along with the agency to align media strategies with product launches, events,



and promotions.
- Link all strategies to ROI & track all campaigns to achieve the aligned KPIs

2. Campaign & Budget Management:
- Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
- Monitor media spend and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance and cost-efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on media performance, spend analysis, and campaign results.

3. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring all media assets are delivered on time and in line with creative requirements.
- Continuously monitor live campaigns and optimize media buys in real time to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Work closely with external media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless media executions.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
