Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be the operational backbone of ALIMS across our 3 branches (Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut). This role requires a hands-on strategist and executor who can seamlessly manage day-to-day physical branch operations, streamline our EdTech platform/LMS delivery, enforce quality control, and lead branch managers to achieve operational excellence.

Travel Expectation: Frequent travel between Manjeri, Kochi,



and Calicut is required to ensure consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff alignment, and facility audits across all campuses.Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Branch Operations & Resource Management
- Supervise day-to-day campus administration, facility management, and academic logistics across all 3 branches (Manjeri, Kochi, Calicut).
- Ensure strict adherence to ALIMS' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand standards, and code of conduct across all locations.
- Conduct regular branch audits and operational reviews to identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, or process inefficiencies.
- Coordinate cross-branch staffing, facility utilization, and supply chain/inventory management for smooth daily operations.

2. EdTech & Hybrid Delivery Management
- Manage daily operations of our EdTech tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital classroom infrastructure.
