We're looking for a creative and energetic Video Content Creator to conceptualize, produce, and appear in engaging short-form and long-form video content across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Research trends, viral formats, and audience preferences to develop fresh content ideas.
- Shoot videos using smartphones or skilled cameras.
- Present confidently on camera when required.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Edit videos with attention to pacing, storytelling, captions, transitions, and branding.
- Create reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, interviews, and lifestyle videos.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality and brand messaging.
- Analyze content performance and optimize future videos based on insights.




- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, audio recording, and camera techniques.
- Creative storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects.
- Photography or graphic design skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
