This role involves managing key aspects of the Investment Governance function, especially within the areas of PT Finances and Resource Management. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with all levels of management, and be able to tailor data perform analysis to suit the audience in question, whilst building robust relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of PT. The role demands a high level of accuracy to maintain the integrity of the function, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo with regards to current and future costs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the PT Investment Finances and coordinate monthly reviews with PMO team
- End to End global resource management ownership
- Coordination of monthly resource allocation data (to facilitate staff capitalisation process)
- Coordination for preparation of recurring management decks (PTLT/MBR/CIC) with multiple stakeholders along with providing Key inputs to the same
- Understanding the full PT Finances across both CAPEX/OPEX
- End to End ownership of invoice allocation, management coding in SAP
- Consolidation analysis across various dimensions of multiple data sets related to resources and finance
- Key conduit between Finances and PT
- PMO assistance as and when needed Qualifications
